After studying the variables and possibilities and other factors, I settled on a combination of charcoal, smoker and gas units. Singly, they work great. Together, they create a BBQ BEHEMOTH! I knew that the relative small size of the boxes meant only one thing~ many, wee parts. The instructions said that most of the units would away with 45 minutes to put together. The instructions LIED. I'm pretty handy and putting together all of the pieces took most of the afternoon and into evening. I over it took an hour just to decipher what the hell the instructions were attempting to instruct. (Heh, all this to grill a hotdog. Go figure.)
